Hi All, We have been looking all over Muncie and surrounding states for a dependable vehicle for my rural mail route. We found a really incredible Subaru at Todd Castor Cars as we were driving by. Ben Delk helped us tremendously and was really nice and friendly to work with! The vehicle is really nice and there weren’t any hidden problems. We had a wonderful experience here! Staff is friendly and helpful. We noticed a small chip in the windshield and Todd replaced it at no cost to us as part of our purchase. No pressure - just honesty. We will be checking here first from now on.

I just purchased a vehicle from Todd and his team. Kyler was my sales person, and he was one of the best I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I hate buying cars, mostly because of the sales process. This was different, Kyler was engaged the entire time followed up, addressed every concern and made it simple. They made sure the vehicle was serviced, prepared and met all of my high expectations. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Walked in expecting to look around, they had THE PERFECT car...low mileage, great price, reasonable terms, but even better than that, the WONERFUL PEOPLE of Todd Castor were willing to listen and hear our thoughts, concerns, and needs for our new vehicle and get us to where we needed to be!!! I had a great experience with Todd Castor Cars. They sold me a very good car at a great deal, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Even after I bought the car, the communication stayed amazing and they kept checking in to make sure everything was going well.Kyler was honestly awesome to work with. He was very honest, patient, and genuine throughout the whole process. He never made me feel pressured or rushed into anything and took the time to answer all my questions. You can tell he actually cares about the people he works with and wants them to leave happy and confident in their purchase. Even after I bought the car, he kept checking in to make sure everything was fine, which really meant a lot to me. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.I definitely recommend Todd Castor Cars if you’re looking for a good vehicle, a fair deal, and honest people who truly care about their customers!
